General Terms of Use

The purpose of these general terms of use (hereafter "GTU") is to provide a legal framework for the availability of the site and its services by Europe-EV and to define the terms of access and use of the services by "the User".
These GTU are accessible on the site under the "GTU" section.
Any registration or use of the site implies the user's unconditional acceptance of these GTU. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTU by ticking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GTU and I accept them".
In case of non-acceptance of the GTU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.
https://europe-ev.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTU at any time.

Article 2: Access to the site
The website https://europe-ev.com allows the User free access to the following services:
Access to the catalog of accessories for electric vehicles that can be purchased by the User; blog articles.
The site is accessible for free anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their charge.
Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. For this, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, especially their email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using their username and password chosen during registration.
Any regularly registered member User can also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://europe-ev.com. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher accountable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
The User has the possibility to contact the site by electronic mail at the publisher's email address mentioned in ARTICLE 1.
Article 3: Data Collection
The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data, files, and freedoms.
Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right:

The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright law.

The responsibility of the site cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the https://europe-ev.com site. The latter has no control over the web pages on which these links end and shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.
Article 7: Cookies
The User is informed that during their visits to the site, a cookie may automatically install on their browser software.
Cookies are small files stored temporarily on the hard drive of the User's computer by your browser and are necessary for the use of the https://europe-ev.com website. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify someone. A cookie contains a unique identifier, randomly generated and therefore anonymous. Article 8: User Publication
The site allows members to publish the following content: comments in blog articles or product sheets.
In their publications, the member agrees to respect the rules of Netiquette (rules of good conduct of the internet) and the rules of law in force.
The site can exercise moderation on the publications and reserves the right to refuse their posting online, without having to justify itself to the member.
The member remains the holder of all their intellectual property rights. But by publishing a post on the site, they grant to the publishing company a non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast, and distribute
their post, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property. The Member grants in particular the right to use their post on the internet and on mobile telephone networks.
The publishing company undertakes to display the member's name near each use of their post.
Any content uploaded by the User is of their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be taken on by the User.
The content of the User may be at any time and for any reason deleted or modified by the site, without notice.
Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French legislation applies to this contract. In the case of the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear it.
